Few和Little以及A few和A little常用来表示数量的多少。Few和little的语法比较简单，但经常会被搞错，也是英语考试的常见考点。
构成：
- (a) few + plural countable noun（复数可数名词）
- (a) little + uncountable noun（不可数名词）
用法：
1、我们用“a few”和“a little”表示“少量”。
- I have a few friends (少量)
- I have a little money (钱不多，但有一些)
2、我们用“few”和“little”表示“几乎没有”、“不够多（想要更多）”。
- I have few friends. (几乎没有朋友, 希望有更多朋友)
- I have little money. (几乎没有钱, 希望有更多)
3、“few”和“little”是相当正式的用法。在口语中，我们经常用“only a few / little”或“not much / many”来代替：
- Few people came to the meeting – 更正式
- Only a few people came to the meeting – 更口语化
- Not many people came to the meeting – 更口语化
4、代词前用“a few”或“a little”时要加of，变成“a few of”或“a little of”
- A few of them went to the cinema.
- He only kept a little of his money with him.
