对组织战略或项目管理产生影响的因素，不仅包括前文所述的外部影响因素，还包括如下内部因素：
1）组织总体绩效；

Operational factors such as process or production and service provision capabilities, performance of the quality management system, monitoring customer satisfaction;
5）组织管理因素，比如决策规则和程序或组织架构。
Factors in the governance of the organization,such as rules and procedures for decision making or organizational structure.
